Where & When?

Group Sessions are held in East Sheen SW14 and Putney Heath SW15. 

  • Palewell Park – Saturday Mornings 8am / 9am  (max 5 per session)
  • Putney Heath (Cricket Pitch by the Telegraph Pub)  – Sundays 8am/9am coming soon (Max 10 per session)
  • Extra mid week morning and evening sessions during school holidays. Contact me for more details. Details usually shared via Train Together Fitness Whatsapp group

Cost:

£13 per session. Discounts available for block bookings in school holidays.

Hiit, Tabata, Strength and Conditioning, Circuits, Amrap, EMOM, ladders, working to reps or to time or to distance… Classes are varied and fun. From endurance training to plyometric, aerobic, mobility & stability exercises Sophie’s Train Together Fitness sessions keep your body guessing. Using every tool at her disposal from body weight training to using dumbbells, slam balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, suspension trainers you will be running, jumping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning your way to improved fitness. All sessions will push you or challenge you at a level to suit you. And all with the support of the people around you. Leave your ego behind and come ready to work hard, laugh and cheer on your comrades. Better & stronger together, come and be part of the joy in the TrainTogether pack.

Why YOU should come and join us!

I love to watch my Train Together clients feeling proud of their fitness gains in their strength, aerobic or endurance capacity. Best of all Train Together Fitness participants finish sessions with a feeling of well-being ready to start their day.

Whilst our physical health is important, and the results of engaging in regular strength and cardio based activity are hugely beneficial, it is only 50% of what makes us healthy: The other half is of course, our mental state. Outdoor fitness and camaraderie contributes fantastically to maintaining and improving our mental health. Exercise boosts our endorphins, enhances our focus and raises our self esteem. It teaches us discipline and shows us that hard work brings reward. Train Together Fitness sessions may feel tough but they are also about having FUN. Sessions may be the one time in your day that you are putting yourself first and setting aside time that is solely for you. You can moan and groan but with a gang around you, you will be sure to laugh and grin plenty too.

Sound good? Well come and get stuck in! Showing up is the first step. Getting out the door and turning up is the hardest task of all and when you come I’ll be there ready to encourage you all the way. Whether an experienced exerciser or a beginner I will support you to ensure you work safely and with good form and remind you how fabulous you are!
