
I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer with certificates in Outdoor Fitness, Group Exercise, Kettlebells, Indoor Group Cycling, Exercise Referral and TRX Suspension Training.
I’m a huge fan of the outdoors and a firm believer in the benefits of training year round in all weathers with the support and camaraderie of others around you. Be it walking, running, swimming in a lake, playing ball with my dog – whatever the weather, in the right clothes I’m happy. I love to watch the sun rise and the seasons change. Being in nature puts life in perspective. Being alone at times is immensely valuable but sharing experiences outdoors with pals takes us away from the every day fast-paced stressors of life (computers, chores , transport, traffic, work etc) and gives us all a chance to take a minute to listen and to share – to connect. We are all stronger and better when we have people to engage with, chums that will support us and that we can champion in return.
A lifelong resident of SW London, when I’m not working or coaching I love to get stuck into creative hobbies – printing, taking pictures, or learning something new. I’m a mum to two teens and a Spaniel, and I place great value in spending time with the people that matter to me. Alongside Fitness Training, I am work in the construction industry as a Project Manager overseeing the construction and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties from Grade II listed buildings, large hotels and country estates to city penthouses & townhouses.
